Manager (General Management) - Administrative Services Office (Ref. 2026/050/01)

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily management of the administrative affairs modules (including but not limited to property, vehicles, commercial tenants, housing, assets, etc.), establish cross-module collaboration mechanisms, and improve overall operational efficiency.
- Systematically carry out the construction, revision, and implementation of management systems for each module, design and continuously improve standard operating procedures to enhance the standardization and traceability of administrative work.
- Lead the top-level design, functional upgrades, operation, and maintenance optimization of the administrative and logistical management informatization platform, promote data-driven decision-making, and enhance the intelligence level of management.
- Coordinate logistical support for major university-level events (such as opening ceremonies, graduation ceremonies, large academic conferences, cultural performances, etc.), including but not limited to venue coordination, resource allocation, flow planning, on-site order maintenance, and personnel guidance.
- Proactively engage with various schools, colleges, administrative departments, and student/faculty groups, establish efficient communication mechanisms, respond promptly to needs, and continuously improve the satisfaction and collaborative effectiveness of administrative services.
- Other tasks assigned by superiors.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, proficient in written and spoken Chinese and English, with strong oral communication skills.
- Minimum of 8 years of work experience; experience in university administration is preferred.
- Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, good at problem identification, and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong coordination and organizational skills, good service awareness, and teamwork spirit.
- Proficient in using office software such as Word and Excel.
Salary and Benefits
Salary will be competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointments will be made under the establishment of CUHK-SZ and statutory benefits will be provided according to the prevailing labor laws applicable in the PRC. The appointee will be based at the University campus in Shenzhen, PRC.
