Key Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Coordinating the educational affairs of the research postgraduate programs, including examination coordination, student affairs, student inquiries and applications;

2. Coordinating the admission affairs of the research postgraduate program, providing secretarial support to some committees, including meeting supports, reports writing, data analytics and management;

3. Liaising with Graduate School, Schools and other university’s departments;

4. Undertaking other duties assigned by the supervisor.

 

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience (tertiary education background preferred), Bachelor’s degree or higher required; overseas experience a plus;

2. Strong interpersonal, communication, problem solving and task-management skills, as well as good analytical abilities;

3. An excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, be familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.);

4. A strong sense of responsibility and initiative, able to work under tight timelines;

5. Proactive, able to work independently and as part of a team.

 

Salary & Benefits

Salary will be competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointments will be made under the establishment of CUHK(SZ) and statutory benefits will be provided according to the prevailing labor laws applicable in the PRC. The appointee will be based at the University campus in Shenzhen, PRC.
